Maruti Suzuki WagonR VXI+ Variant Launched in india; check price, features and more

New Delhi : Leading passenger vehicle manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India on Friday launched the "VXi+" variant of its best-selling car WagonR, priced between Rs 4.69 lakh and Rs 5.36 lakh.

According to the company, the latest addition to the WagonR family comes in both automatic and manual transmission trims. 

"WagonR has had a phenomenal journey since its launch. Maruti Suzuki has delivered over 19 lakh WagonRs," R.S. Kalsi, Executive Director Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki India was quoted as saying in a statement.

"The WagonR VXi+ has been introduced to meet customer demands, who have desired for more style, along-with comfort, convenience and advanced safety features."

"The WagonR VXi+ defines unique design interventions both on the interiors as well as exteriors. It would strengthen the WagonR brand and help to enhance Maruti Suzuki's market share," Kalsi added. 

The company elaborated that the new variant offers a wide array of new features including projector headlamps, a stylish front grill, alloy wheels and side skirts. 

In 2016-17, the company sold 131,756 units of WagonR (till Dec 2016).
