Toyota India has launched the brand new Toyota Corolla Altis facelift in India. The petrol variant has been priced at Rs 15.87 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi), while Diesel variant will cost Rs 17.36 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).
The new updates 2017 Toyota Corolla Altis has been upgraded with only cosmetic changes, mechanically its the same car.
Thanks to its new front grill and LED headlamps, the car looks sportier and charmer at the same time. The new headlamps and back camera has been made standard in all variants of the car.
LE and XLE version have been placed on 16-inch newly designed alloy wheels, while SE and XSE have been settled on 17-inch alloy wheels.
In terms of engine power, Corolla Altis comes with the same 1.8 litre VVTi petrol engine that produces 138 bhp of peak power and 173 Nm of peak torque, while the 1.4 D-4D diesel will churn out maximum power output of 87 bhp and maximum torque of 205 Nm.
With such pricey bracket and super specs, the car comes in direct competition with Hyundai Elantra, Volkswagen Jetta, Renault Fluence, Skoda Octavia and Nissan Sunny in India.
