New Delhi : The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) mains 2017 results and All India Ranks (AIR) will be announced on April 27. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be declaring the results on its official website jeemain.nic.in. As per the official bulletin, the results JEE (Main) Paper 1 score and rank along with the list of top 2,20,000 candidates eligible for JEE (Advanced) will be declared by April 27.

This year, the Mains exams were conducted on April 2, 8 and 9, 2017 at several locations across the nation. More than 10.2 lakh students had appeared for the exam.  The candidates who will qualify the mains exam will move to next level and will be asked to appear for JEE Advanced to get a seat in the prestigious IITs and NITs.

Recently, the answer keys for JEE Mains Exam were published on the official website.  As per experts, cut off list for this year is likely to fall between 100 to 105. This year number of students appeared for the exam were over 20,000 compared to last year.

In 2016, nearly two lakh candidates cleared the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main out of which nearly 40,000 girls had qualified for the JEE (Advanced) test.

Click on the relevant link

Enter your roll number/ registration number in the space provided

Click to submit

Results will be displayed

Note about CBE JEE Main 2017 results: 

The scores that will be released will comprise of marks obtained in Paper 1 along with the status of those who qualify for appearing in JEE (Advanced)

Further, the rank shall comprise All India Rank (AIR) and All India category rank

Also, candidates score or rank card will be not be sent to them personally

Here's how merit among candidates obtaining equal marks will be decided:

Rank list for admission to BE/BTech (in institutions other than IITs)

Resolution by marks obtained in mathematics in JEE (Main) 2017-- candidate obtaining higher marks will be given better rank

Resolution by marks obtained in physics in the JEE (Main) 2017-- candidate obtaining higher marks will be given better rank

Resolution by finding the ratio of positive marks and negative marks-- candidate with a higher absolute value of the ratio will be given better rank.
