Haryana Board 10th Results: HBSE Class 10 Results 2017 is not releasing today, says officials
New Delhi : HBSE Class 10 Results 2017: Haryana Board of School Education is not releasing the HBSE Class 10th results 2017 today. The results of Haryana class 10 examination 2017 will not be declared on Saturday as was earlier announced, the board's spokesperson Meenakshi said. Once HBSE results 2017 declared, students can check their results on the official website.
As reported by Hindustan Times, board's spokesperson Meenakshi said that a meeting in this regard will be held soon with the chairperson and the dates will be announced soon.
Here's what the board official said:
"We are not declaring the results on May 20. But soon we will declare the dates after meeting the chairman. On May 20, the board will be declaring the results of Haryana open board of class 10," Meenakshi added."
Nearly 4 lakh students awaits the HBSE class 10th results who have appeared for the examination. The strength of the candidates improved than the previous year as 3.18 lakh people appeared for the 10th class examinations last year.
From Class 10, a total of 3,88,205 students have given the exam out of which 1,43,676 are girl students while 1,75,166 are boys.The exam were started from March 7 and were held in 1618 exam centres.

The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE), which is established in 1969 is the authority which conducts the Public Examinations at Secondary or High School and Senior Secondary School levels twice a year in the state of Haryana through the affiliated schools.
The board conducts examinations twice in a year for Class 8th, 10th and 12th. The first semester exams conduct in September while second semester exam conduct in the month of March.
