Shraddha Kapoor in never ever before role in Haseena: The Queen of Mumbai

Los Angeles : All those who were calling Shraddha Kapoor in ‘Half girlfriend’ poster as boring and monotonous need to check her poster look from Haseena, where she plays Dawood Ibrahim’s sister and the Queen of Mumbai.

She has completely changed her look for her much-awaited film, Haseena: The Queen of Mumbai. Gone is the next door girl image and has risen an actor who has completely changed herself to get into the skin of Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar. 

As seen in the first look, her attitude and expression looks raw, dressed in black salwar kurta, the image is one we have never seen before. 

The movie’s first poster gives us a chance to look at the actor with a fresh perspective. Also, you cannot give a miss to the actor’s brother Siddhant Kapoor, who looks very similar to his father Shakti Kapoor but dons the role of Dawood easily in the first look.

Siddhanth has always been seen in supportive roles. His last film was Ugly, starring Ronit Roy, which was critically acclaimed.

So, will this film get the kind of recognition Shraddha needs to be at par with other contemporaries who have already gained success in different genres and looks? Well, let’s wait and watch.

Haseena: The Queen of Mumbai has been directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film is scheduled to release on July 14.
