Mulayam's Chooti Bahu Aparana visits UP CM Yogi Adityanath

Luckow : Newly-anointed UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath had some unexpected guest on Friday. The Chooti Bahu rani of SP patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav, Aparana Yadav with her husband Prateek Yadav visited Yogi Adityanath for about 20 minutes.

However, party officials later insisted that it was just a courtesy call.

But given the brutal drubbing of the SP at the hands of the BJP in the recently-concluded Assembly polls, the meeting has sparked intense speculation among political circles.

During the family feud between Mulayam and his son Akhilesh, Aparana and Prateek are on the other side of the camp.

Aparana Yadav, had contested the election from Lucknow Cantonment, but lost her seat to BJP candidate Rita Bahuguna Joshi by over 30,000 votes.

Aparana’s love for BJP is not new. She praised PM Modi publicly and had clicked selfie with during a family function. When asked, she said he is everyone’s PM.

 

Prateek is the son of Mulayam’s second wife and has amassed huge real estate empire.
