It is not new to find that lack of sleep or its inadequacy makes you stressed and most people are unable to handle it. Increased stress levels may also expose a person to lifestyle ailments like diabetes, heart issues, and arthritis among others.
The researchers closely watched 43 couples and found that who slept less than 7 hours daily had more conflicts and fights. It has also been found that each single hour of less sleep increases the risk of fight by 6%.
The study claims that sleep and stress levels are directly linked, but diet can also play a crucial role in getting a good sleep.
