Samsung's 'never mind' offer to replace broken smartphone screens for Rs 990

New Delhi : In a bid to boost sale of smartphones this festive season, Samsung has launched 'never mind' offer for its new buyers; under the scheme a select range of smartphones will get one time replacement of the broken screen within 12 months of sale for just Rs 990.

The payment of Rs 990 will be mandatory only at the time of repair within 12 months of the purchase of selected Samsung smartphone devices between September 21, 2017 and October 21, 2017.

“As part of the offer, we are giving our consumers the peace of mind of having screen replacement anytime during the period of 12 months from now of the purchase of their device,” Samsung India Senior Vice President Asim Warsi told reporters.

“We came up with ‘Never Mind’ offer to acknowledge the love and trust of consumers in Karnataka for their overwhelming response to Galaxy J7 Pro and Galaxy J7 Max,”  Warsi said.

With a growth already in double digits, it will be interesting to see how this offer will give sales of Samsung smartphones a boost.
