CBSE postpones PE exam in revised date sheet for Class 12

New Delhi : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has revised its exam schedule for Class 12 on Wednesday. In order to provide more gap to the students, the physical education examination has been postponed to April 14, 2018 from April 9, 2018.

The notification about revision of date sheet was announced on the official website of CBSE - cbse.nic.in. The revised Class 12 date sheet can be downloaded from the official website of the board.

No changes have been made in the examination dates of other exams for Class 12. And Class 10 date sheet has been kept the same as it was released earlier.

Ever since, the CBSE had announced date sheet of the upcoming board examinations of Class 10 and Class 12, the students and their parents have been raising concern over less or no gap between the exam dates of the subjects.

According to the CBSE class 12 board exam date sheet, the History paper would be conducted on March 20 and the Mathematics paper would be a day after on March 21. For the Humanities stream students, three papers – Psychology, Political Science and Legal Studies – have been scheduled back to back on April 5, 6 and 7, respectively.

There was no gap between the Physical Education exam and Sociology. However, now the CBSE has postponed the Physical Education examination to April 14.
