New Delhi : Director Anees Bazmee and Anil Kapoor are coming together again to make people laugh. Yes, they are coming with ‘Mubarakan’ this time.

Earlier they have worked together in 'No Entry', 'Welcome', 'Singh Is Kinng' and 'Welcome Back'. In all these films, Annes character played by Anil has left a mark on the people. From Arun Verma ('Mr. India'), Shivaji Rao ('Nayak'), Prem Kumar ('Slumdog Millionaire'), Majnu Bhai ('Welcome Back') and Kamal Mehra ('Dil Dhadakne Do'), is sure about leaving a lasting impression as Kartar Singh in this film.

Mubarakan is produced by Sony Pictures Network Production, Ashwin Varde and Murad Khetani's Cine 1 Studios.

This film for the first time is bringing Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor together on the screens. Also, they are off screen chacha bhatija.

When Anees narrated the script to Anil, Anil felt Arjun the best man for the role. He found Arjun the best choice in the younger generation. As he has the commercial stability to pull off a double role. The makers felt that Arjun's natural sense of humour and commitment to a film made him an apt choice. Also, he's the only one among his contemporaries to have played a double role in the past. Needless to say, Arjun, whose performance in an intense romance recently won the audience over, is excited

'Mubarakan' will release on July 28, the trailer will be launched tonight at 9 pm as at all Sony Pictures Networks channels.
