Drugs Case: Aryan Khan to be produced in Mumbai Court today
New Delhi : For his alleged connection in a drug case, superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan will be produced in the Mumbai Court today. He was arrested by the NCB officials with seven others from a rave party at a Mumbai cruise ship.
The 23-year-old boy was produced in a court on Sunday evening where NCB was granted police custody of all those arrested till today.
The high-profile raid on Sunday yielded 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA and 5 grams of MD in all, the NCB has said. The charges brought against Aryan Khan include purchase, possession and use of banned substances, it added.
The eight people who were arrested are: Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra, Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant.
According to a report by NDTV, the NCB officials boarded the cruise in disguise of the passengers.
The NDTV report quoted a NCB official who said, "Their statements are being recorded. Based on the facts, arrests will be made and the accused will be produced in the NDPS court."
