Sanjay Dutt biopic: Shooting begins, informs Rajkummar Hirani

Mumbai : Shooting for much-awaited movie based on the life of Indian actor Sanjay Dutt has begun, said filmmaker Rajkummar Hirani. He informed how the whole team is excited after the first shot of the film has been taken.

"First shot taken now for Sanjay Dutt's biopic. Canning a very funny scene. Excitement in cast and crew," RajKummar Hirani tweeted from his account.

Earlier, it was revealed that actor Ranbir Kapoor will be essaying the character of Sanjay Dutt in the movie.

The biopic will reportedly feature Vicky Kaushal, Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor as well.
