Mohenjo Daro Box Office collection: First day figures fail to impress

New Delhi : When two biggies clash on Box Office the results have to bear the impact. Something similar had happened when Bajirao Mastani and Dilwale had hit the silver screens on the same day. And now, Hrithik Roshan's 'Mohenjo Daro' and Akshay Kumar's 'Rustom' are facing the heat.

# Hrithik Roshan's 'Mohenjo Daro' released in theatres across the nation on August 12, 2016. Directed by Ashutosh Goariker, the film didn’t impress in terms of Box Office collections on Day-1.

# Mohenjo Daro has minted a little more than Rs 8 crores on Indian Box Office on its first day of release. It is expected to rise as it is a long weekend and mouth of word publicity is likely to push audiences in coming days.

# Backed by Disney, 'Mohenjo Daro' has been released on nothing less than 2700 screens across India. While, Akshay Kumar's 'Rustom' managed to receive only 2300 screens across the nation.
