Sheena Bora murder case: Accused Indrani seeks permission to divorce Peter Mukerjea

New Delhi : In a new development to Sheena Bora murder case, the prime accused Indrani seeks to divorce her husband and co-accused Peter Mukerjea.

She asked CBI Special Court to grant her permission for the same, reacting to it Special Judge H.S. Mahajan said it is your personal matter and it does not require clearance from the court.

Former media giant Peter Mukerjea was not present in the court as he had been whisked off to jail earlier.

Indrani and her present husband Peter Mukerjea are the prime murder accused in for the murder of Sheena Bora, 24, in April 2012.

They have been charged with murder, hatching conspiracy to murder, kidnapping, destroying evidence and other offences.
