Delhi : Suzuki Motor Corporation has released a special 25th-anniversary edition of its iconic Hayabusa motorcycle. The Hayabusa has become an iconic emblem in the motorcycle industry, with a long history and tremendous appeal. Since its release in India in 2021, all units have been rapidly sold out, demonstrating its high interest among aficionados. Suzuki, which debuted in 1998, has reached a tremendous manufacturing milestone of 200,000 units in 2022.

Unique Design and Features

Suzuki has introduced a visually striking orange and black colour scheme for the Hayabusa to commemorate its 25th anniversary.

The motorbike has a 25th-anniversary glass enamel insignia on the fuel tank, black cowl moulding, a V-shaped decal, a Hayabusa Kanji logo on the drive chain, a 25th-anniversary logo on the silencer and gold anodized brake inner rotor and chain adjuster. In addition, a single-seat cowl with a V-shaped decal is included as standard equipment.

Expressions of Gratitude

Toshihiro Suzuki, President of Suzuki, expressed his appreciation on the occasion, saying, "The Hayabusa series has been a flagship model representing Suzuki and has fans all over the world." We are delighted that this model may celebrate its 25th anniversary and has been appreciated by many for so long.

After riding the third-generation prototype myself, I can confidently state that Suzuki has created their best model of date. We sincerely want your ongoing love and support as The Hayabusa will never stop evolving.

Consistent excellence in performance

Its amazing mechanical specs are still there on the Hayabusa 25th Anniversary edition. It has a 1,340 cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine that produces strong performance. The engine produces 187 horsepower at 9,700 rpm and 150 Nm of maximum torque at 7,000 rpm. The Hayabusa provides an exhilarating ride thanks to a 6-speed transmission with a slip-and-assist clutch and a quickshifter.

India's Updates and Costs

The Hayabusa recently received modifications in India to comply with the BS6 Stage 2 requirements, which resulted in a price increase of 49,000. The current asking price for the motorbike is Rs. 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Suzuki also added Pearl Vigour Blue/Pearl Brilliant White and two new colour combinations to the Indian market: Metallic Thunder Gray/Candy Daring Red and Metallic Mat Black No. 2/Glass Sparkle Black. The earlier alternatives for brilliant colour that were offered in India were superseded by those that are offered on the international market.

With the launch of the Hayabusa's 25th Anniversary edition, Suzuki's commitment to innovation and client happiness is evident. Further information and announcements on the availability and specs of this legendary motorbike are eagerly awaited by enthusiasts and potential customers.
