Delhi : The Nexon facelift, which features a completely revised approach compared to the pre-facelift version, has been launched by Tata Motors in India. The popular small SUV is also made more enticing by a variety of high-end features found inside the cabin. Overall, the Nexon facelift boasts a plethora of new cutting-edge tech-enabled functions and an aesthetically pleasing design. Without a doubt, Tata Motors did everything possible to revitalize the Nexon SUV so that it could fight with its rivals more effectively.

The Mahindra XUV300 is one of the Tata Nexon's most competitive SUV rivals. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and Kia Sonet are a few more automobiles that go up against the Tata Nexon. On September 14, the domestic automaker is prepared to reveal the price of the updated Tata Nexon. Bookings for the Nexon facelift have already begun to arrive at the carmaker.

The Tata Nexon has undergone a considerable redesign, and new features have been added, but the compact SUV's existing engine options have not changed. The number of transmission choices has grown, nevertheless.



The 1.5-liter diesel engine and the 1.2-liter petrol engine that power the Tata Nexon facelift, respectively, are both offered as fuel types for the vehicle. The petrol engine can produce a maximum torque of 170 Nm and 118 horsepower. The diesel engine can produce a maximum torque of 160 Nm and a peak output of 113 horsepower. The Nexon facelift has four different types of transmissions: a five-speed manual, a six-speed manual, a six-speed automatic, and a seven-speed DCT.



Since its debut in India, the Mahindra XUV300 has been one of the company's top revenue generators. It is the homegrown automaker's entry into the compact SUV sector. Similar to the Tata Nexon facelift, the Mahindra XUV300 is also offered with both gasoline and diesel engine choices. For this SUV, two different 1.2-liter turbocharged gasoline engines are available, along with a 1.5-liter diesel engine.

The 1.2-liter TCMPFi turbo-petrol engine produces a maximum torque of 200 Nm and 108 horsepower. The 1.2-liter TGDi turbocharged petrol engine can produce a maximum torque of 230 Nm and 128 horsepower. The diesel engine has a maximum output of 115 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. Both a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission are available for the SUV.
