Mumbai : Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has gifted daughter Shweta Nanda his bungalow in suburban Juhu in Mumbai. 

In the current times, the bunglow (Prateeksha) comes at a whopping price value of Rs 50.63 crores. It is known that the bunglow is among the first properties owned by Amitabh Bachchan. 

According to the documents accessed from property registration data aggregator Zapkey.com, Bachchan executed the transfer of the bungalow on November 9 as a gift to his daughter and paid Rs 50.65 lakh as stamp duty.

The bungalow located in the Vitthalnagar Cooperative Housing Society spans across two plots, measuring 674 square meters and 890.47 square meters, with a combined value exceeding Rs 50.63 crore. Additionally, he has paid a registration fee of Rs 200 for each of the two gifted plots.

The bigger plot of 890.47 square metres was owned by Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan while the smaller plot was solely owned by Amitabh Bachchan.

For those who are not aware, the wedding festivities of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai were held in the bungalows Prateeksha and Jalsa. Some reports also claim that the name Prateeksha was given to the bungalow by Amitabh Bachchan's father Harivanshrai Bachchan.
