Bleed with pride: Menstrual Hygiene Day: Aranya Johar nails it with a video and dot dot dot

New Delhi : May 28 is celebrated as Menstrual Hygiene Day to end the shame attached with the natural biological process for women.

Even in current times people are not comfortable talking about it or even provide basic access of hygienic things to women during those five days.

It’s high time when awareness about the menstrual hygiene should be given prime importance. This must be discussed with everyone, including men, to end the taboo attached with it.

Trying something similar, Aranya Johar, has posted a new video on Facebook talking about those five days and its effects in our surroundings. And so like she says in the video, it's time to erase the taboos around menstruation, paint the town red with pride and ensure proper menstrual hygiene.
