Delhi : As a new model in Google's Chromebook collection, Asus has released the Chromebook Plus CX3402 in India. This is Asus's first Chromebook Plus, a lightweight, reasonably priced device that is anticipated to be more capable than one may anticipate.

Highlights include compatibility for a vast array of Android apps, a 180-degree hinge, and an Intel Core i7 CPU up to the 12th generation.

At just 1.4 kg, the Chromebook Plus CX3402 is a sturdy and lightweight device. In addition to having the Asus Antimicrobial Guard protection for the backlit keyboard and the 5.7-inch touchpad, it satisfies industry-leading US MIL-STD 810H durability requirements.

A 50Wh battery may be used with a 45W adapter, providing around 10 hours of battery life on a single charge. The Chromebook CX3402 has many I/O interfaces, including an HDMI 1.4 connector, a 3.5mm audio jack, two USB 3.2 Type-C ports, and two USB Type-A ports. Additionally, Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6 are supported.

Temporal Noise Reduction and Webcam Shield are two features of the laptop's 1080p camera. A number of speed improvements brought about by the Chromebook Plus may guarantee fluid video calling. By using the Google Play Store, it gives users access to millions of Android apps.

The laptop also comes with the integrated Google Photos software, which includes AI-powered tools like the Magic Eraser. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, and LumaFusion are also included.
