PlayStation VR2 drops in India - Uncover the exciting features and specs
Delhi : In India, the PlayStation VR2 from Sony is currently on sale. Earlier this year, the PSVR2 was revealed to foreign audiences. With more than 20 games compatible with the PlayStation VR2, one of the standout titles is Horizon: Call of the Mountain, which is based on Sony's Horizon franchise. Here in India, Sony has recently introduced the PlayStation VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain combo.

With features like an OLED display with a 110-degree field of vision, support for 4K HDR playback, and a refresh rate of 120Hz, the second-generation PlayStation VR headset is a major upgrade over the first. Along with other features, the headset's four built-in cameras on the front allow for a see-through vision and a customisable play area. The new orb-shaped controllers also have finger touch detection, haptic feedback, and adjustable triggers, just like the DualSense.
There's a significant restriction with the PlayStation VR2 headset: it is exclusive to the PlayStation 5 system. You must thus own a PS5 system or buy one in order to utilise the VR headset. Priced at Rs 44,990 for the digital version and Rs 54,990 for the disc version, the PlayStation 5 system is available.
Cost and affordability of the PlayStation VR2 in India
Orders for the PlayStation VR2 may be placed via Sony Shop. The retail kit, which costs Rs 57,999, comes with the headset, Sense controllers, and headset. The cost of the Sense controller charging station is still unknown, but it will be sold separately.
For Rs 61,999, you can also get the PlayStation VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain combo. A stereo headset, three pairs of earpieces, printed materials, a USB cable for controller pairing and charging, a PlayStation VR2 Sense controller (Left/Right) with straps connected, and a PSVR headset are all included in the package.
