Philadelphia Faces 4th Shooting in a Week: 8 Teens Injured

Philadelphia : Eight teenagers, ages 15-17, were shot near a SEPTA bus stop in Northeast Philadelphia on Wednesday. One victim is in critical condition. Police say three unidentified men fired from a parked car before fleeing the scene. This is the fourth shooting in the city within a week.
