Harley Davidson launches new Street Rod model in India at attractive price

New Delhi : Harley Davidson has launched the brand new street rod model in India at an attractive price of Rs 5.86 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

"The model is built to appeal a specific demographic in this space (of a growing population of young adults). As a customer-led organisation, a key part of our strategy is to attract and retain new riders in India," Harley-Davidson India Director Marketing Pallavi Singh said in a statement.

The cruiser bike has been powered with a powerful 750 cc engine that produces 11 per cent more horsepower and 5 per cent more torque than the Street 750.

Booking for the bike has been made available from Wednesday, but the riders will only be able to get test rides post April 21, 2017.

The model will come with a choice of three colours - vivid black, charcoal denim and olive gold.
