Lucknow Central trailer: Farhan Akhtar's jail escape plan rocks it

New Delhi : The trailer for Farhan Akhtar's upcoming movie 'Lucknow Central' has been released by the makers on Thursday, featuring the actor as a prisoner in the Lucknow Central Jail. 

In the trailer, Farhan Akhtar is a small-towner with a dream of becoming a singer; But the fate has something else decided for him. The actor gets wrongfully charged with murder. Now, from jail, he decides to form a band, obviously with a motive to escape.

Lucknow Central stars Ronit Roy as an antagonist and Deepak Dobriyal in the lead role. The film also stars Diana Penty.

Directed by Ranjit Tiwari, the film has been produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Emmay Entertainment and Motion Pictures. Lucknow Central is slated to release on September 15.
