Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia take first dose of coronavirus vaccine

Mumbai : Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia joined the list of celebrities who have received their first dose of coronavirus vaccine. The actors shared their pictures while taking the jab on social media.

The 42-year-old actor called coronavirus a 'monster'. His caption read, "Get Vaccinated. Let's fight this monster together..." His wife Genelia also shared her picture and asked people to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

Recently, actress Sonakshi Sinha had shared her picture of taking the vaccine. Sharing her picture on Instagram, the actress wrote, "Vaccine manjhe victory. [Vaccine means victory]."

Earlier, Preity Zinta tweeted about completing her vaccination routine.

The Dil Chahta Hai actress wrote on Twitter, "I took my second covid shot and I am vaccinated. I would request everyone to get vaccinated so we are all safe."

Actress Madhuri Dixit has also taken her both doses of coronavirus vaccine. The actress shared a pictorial proof on social media along with the message, "Got my second jab today. I urge everyone to get vaccinated as soon as it's available to you."
