Miss Universe Finalist Sienna Weir passes away at 23

New Delhi : Sienna Weir, an Australian fashion model and a finalist in the 2022 Miss Universe competition, passed away at the age of 23 due to a tragic horse-riding accident. 

The accident occurred last month while she was riding a horse at the Windsor Polo Grounds in Australia, as reported by News.com.au. Her horse fell, causing fatal injuries that led to her being placed on life support for several weeks before being taken off on May 4th. 

Her family made the decision to remove her from life support, and her modelling agency Scoop Management also confirmed her death on Instagram with a post captioned "Forever in our hearts," accompanied by several photos of her.

Sienna Weir was among the 27 finalists in the 2022 Australian Miss Universe contest. She held a double degree in English literature and Psychology from Sydney University.
