Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma: Asit Modi remembers Kavi Kumar Azad' on his death anniversary

New Delhi : Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma, famous TV show on Sab TV that will complete 11 years in coming days, had lost its talented actor Kavi Kumar Azad last year on the same day. On his death anniversary, the producer of the show Asit Modi said he misses him on the show.

Talking exclusively to Pinkvilla, he said, "We miss him but nothing in our hand and in replacement of him Mr. Nirmal Soni playing the role is doing his job very sincerely."

Kavi Kumar Azad had took his last breath on July 9 in 2018 after suffering a cardiac arrest.

The show had been under an immense pressure of finding the replacement for Disha Vakani to play the character of Dayaben.

She has been missing for over an year now. Disha had taken an off to take care of her little one.
