A meet to Strengthen India’s Vision of Research and Innovation in Viksit Bharat
New Delhi : In a key step toward advancing India’s research and innovation ecosystem, Dr. Rajkumar Sharma, The Punjab Chairman of People Forum of India (National Bharat Sevak Samaj), and Dr. Shruti, both Managing Directors of VA-RA Venture which owns a reputed International Research journal, met Shri Tarun Chugh Ji, National General Secretary of the BJP.
The meeting focused on supporting the vision of a self-reliant India by Prime Minister Modi Ji’s, who is currently working towards Viksit Bharat 2047 and establishing India as a Vishwa Guru in knowledge and innovation.
The discussion focused on strengthening India’s research ecosystem through collaborative programs that encourage innovation, knowledge sharing, and academic excellence. Dr. Sharma highlighted the People Forum of India’s work in vocational education, skill development, and community empowerment, aligning with the Atmanirbhar Bharat mission and India’s journey toward global leadership in research and technology.
Dr. Shruti shared VA-RA Venture’s efforts to connect academia and industry through research initiatives. She stressed the importance of supporting startups, new technologies, and interdisciplinary research. She also emphasized the use of digital tools to spread knowledge to rural and underserved areas, ensuring inclusive progress—a key pillar of Viksit Bharat.
Shri Tarun Chugh praised their initiatives and commitment to India’s research and innovation goals. He said, “These efforts are crucial to achieving Prime Minister Modi Ji’s dream of a Viksit Bharat by 2047, where self-reliance and innovation make India a true Vishwa Guru.” He encouraged continued collaboration among government, academic, and private sectors to expand opportunities in research, skills, and entrepreneurship.
The meeting highlighted growing cooperation between policymakers and research leaders. With initiatives like the National Research Foundation and Startup India, such partnerships are expected to create more opportunities for youth, researchers, and innovators, helping India move closer to becoming a Viksit Bharat and a Vishwa Guru.
