Bhopal: Wife gives contract to cut off husband's genitals

New Delhi : Bhopal police on Saturday arrested the wife and a relative of Dr Shafatullah Khan, who was murdered in his home on Tuesday night.

Ayesha (45) had given a contract to cut off her husband's genitals. She was helped by her niece Nandini, 30, and Nandini’s husband Pawan Vishwakarma, 35.

Pawan later told that the two men, who took the contract, killed Khan.

Jabalpur SP confirmed that Khan had at least 12 stab wound on the chest, and his throat and wrist also slit.

Initially, it appeared to be case of loot as the killers had taken all cash and jewellery with them; but later when police found discrepancies in the answers of the family member. Nandini later revealed the whole conspiracy.

According to Shukla, Ayesha married Khan in 1991, but he established relationships with several other women thereafter.

Police have arrested Ayesha, Nandini, and Rajendra while Pawan and Dheeraj are absconding.
