Coldest day in Delhi, temp dips to 5.1 degree

New Delhi : Finally winter has arrived in the national capital! Friday witnessed the minimum temperature of 5.1 degree celsius comprised with light smog whole day. The maximum temperature was recorded 22.3 degree Celsius which is one degree less than normal temperature, while the minimum temperature was 3 degree less than the normal.
