  • With this, salary for legistator - 3.2 lakh per month - would be the highest in India

  • Delhi Assembly speaker Ram Niwas Goel committee has made this recomendation

  • Last salary revision was donr in the year 2011

  • Shiela Dikshit government had given a 100 per cent hike

  • Amid divided opinion on salary hike, the committee has recomended the change in basic salary from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 50,000.
