New Delhi : Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday announced that Chandni Chowk and Majnu Ka Tila will be developed as food hubs to popularize the national capital as food capital of India.

"In the first phase we will develop Chandni Chowk and Majnu Ka Tila as food hubs and based on learning on these, the government will plan development of other areas in Delhi," said Arvind Kejriwal in the online briefing.

He also mentioned that the government will soon hold design competition to finalize the architecture of the place.

Meanwhile, Delhi is known for its tasty delicacies which is offered in almost each and every section of the capital. Old Delhi has been among the favourite places to eat.
