Domestic flights in India to resume in 'calibrated manner': Report

New Delhi : In yet another relaxation from the coronavirus lockdown, it has been learned that the domestic flight services in India will resume from Monday in calibrated manner.

The same has been informed to the airport and airlines authorities.

"Domestic civil aviation operations will recommence in a calibrated manner from Monday 25th May 2020. All airports and air carriers are being informed to be ready for operations from 25th May," tweeted Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Puri.

Flight services were suspended in late March after the lockdown was announced in India to stop spread of the coronavirus.

SOPs for passenger movement are also being separately issued by the ministry, he said.
