New Delhi : Honeypreet Insan, the adopted daughter of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, submitted her anticipatory bail plea in the Delhi High Court on Tuesday, mentioning that she has a life threat. Here are the key 10 points from the incident:

1: Her advocate Pradeep Kumar Arya told Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal that she is willing to join investigation but wants protection from arrest.

2: She has asked for a three-week transit anticipatory bail till the time situation in Haryana and Punjab calms down.

3: She cannot join the investigation as there is a threat to her life in Haryana, the same has been mentioned in the intelligence report and a statement by DIG: Advocate told the court

4: Delhi Police and Haryana Police representatives argued upon where she should surrender as she has a permanent address of Sirsa but she used to stay in Delhi.

5: The court has reserved the order on where she must surrender before the police.

6: Raids were conducted on Tuesday morning by Haryana Police to arrest Honeypreet and Aditya, another close aid of Gurmeet Ram Rahim.

7: Honeypreet, in her mid-30s and the Dera chief's closest aide since 2009, is on the run since August 25, hours after Ram Rahim was convicted.

8: Last week, Honeypreet's former husband, Vishwas Gupta accused her and Ram Rahim of having illicit relations and said their father-daughter relationship was a sham to fool followers.

9: Honeypreet, who used to claim that she was Ram Rahim's "adopted daughter", starred as the main heroine in five films he directed, produced and acted in, in three years.

10: Ram Rahim has been sentenced to 20 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of over Rs 30 lakh.
