Less than 80% of Hindus make Indian population

New Delhi : The latest census figures are out with a marginal decline in Hindus shares to make up India's population.
Hindus now contribute in 79.8% of India's population
0.7% decline has been registered in Hindus total contribution
Muslims make up 14.2% of India, which is 0.8% more than the predecessor
In a decadal growth, Muslim share shows a sharp decline
Data was ready to be unveiled in January 2014
UPA government holded it in wake of General Elections 2014
NDA released it days before crucial Assembly Elections in Bihar.
