Narendra Modi shares video of kids teaching spread of coronavirus

New Delhi : India has been under lockdown for over three weeks now, the government has been continuously asking the citizens to maintain social distance, but still there are people who have not learned the seriousness and often forget the basic rules while in the public place.

While the cops are trying their best to keep people indoors and teach them the importance of social distancing, PM Modi chose a different path altogether.

On Thursday, he shared a small video clip of kids who used bricks to demonstrate how social distancing will work in containing the coronavirus.

In the video, a boy can be seen telling his friends how coronavirus spread and how breaking the chain will stop it from spreading.


"During the game, the kids have given a good lesson over coronavirus pandemic," wrote PM Modi in caption in Hindi.

On Tuesday, PM Modi announced an extension of lockdown till May 3 and for the same he chose to cover his mouth with a shawl, a message to the people of India that house made masks can be used when they step out of their houses in emergency.
