Paan shops sealed, street dogs sent to cages ahead of Donald Trump visit in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad : Less than a week has left when the US President Donald Trump will be visiting India for the first time and to make it his best experience, the authorities have paced up the preparation.

During the preparation drive, the authorities have sealed three-four paan shops situated in the airport area. They have also built a wall alongside road to ensure no view of slum cluster to the POTUS.

The authorities claimed that the shops have been sealed with a motive to keep the area clean which gets dirty when people throw cigarette buds and spit paan masala on the streets.

They have also warned the shopkeepers that it they try to break the seal and operate their shops then a legal action will be taken against them.

“We have decided to seal the shops till further order,” said an AMC official.

Adding more is the caging of street dogs to ensure nothing goes wrong when Donald Trump lands in India.
