Kim Jong-un emerges as the communist hero for CPM

Kerala : Kim Jong-un has replaced leaders like Marx, Lenin and Stalin from the flex boards of CPM in Kerala. 

Flex boards have popped up in Nedumkandam town and Thannimoodu in Idukki district, showing the North Korean dictator on it.

According to a report by the Times of India, the flex boards were placed as part of the area committee conferences being held in the run-up to the quadrennial party congress in Hyderabad in April next year. 

CPM district secretariat member P N Vijayan told TOI, "Kim is the only communist leader who dares to challenge US President Donald Trump. He's a die-hard fighter against American imperialism which has killed thousands while playing the role of the world's cop. For us, that is the important thing; we do not consider other elements of Kim's personality."

Opposition taking complete benefit of the situation slammed CPM for the move, BJP's spokesperson Sambit Patra tweeted, "Jong-un finds place in CPM's posters in Kerala! No wonder they have converted Kerala into killing fields for their opponents!"
