Yogi meets Nitish in Patna

Patna : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday night met Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar here.

Adityanath arrived in the city after visiting Janakpur in Nepal. He was welcomed and received by senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders at the Patna airport.

"Soon after he reached here, Adityanath visited Mahavir Mandir near Patna Railway Station and offered prayers there," a BJP leader said.

Adityanath later met Nitish Kumar at his official residence.

According to officials, Adityanath also met Bihar Governor Lalji Tandon and would stay at Raj Bhawan in the night before leaving for Uttar Pradesh on Thursday morning.
