India vs Australia: With Pune Test match, Team India also loses ICC's massive reward

Pune : Lost the match but series is yet not over; a line that can give relief to man Team India's supporters. But, the truth remains that Men in Blue had to face a shameful defeat against Australia in first Test at Pune.

First Test match is not the only thing Team India lost in Pune; they will also not be getting an added reward of USD 1 million by ICC which they would have received otherwise.

International Cricket Council (ICC) had announced a grand prize money of USD 1 million for team India but only on condition that they defeat Australia in the Pune Test.

Inspired by an all-round effort, Australia ended India's 19-match record unbeaten streak after thrashing the hosts by a mammoth 333 runs within three days of the First Test.
