New Delhi : Opener Daryl Mitchell was in a mood to smash every ball out of the boundary; with his unbeaten 72-run knock, New Zealand easily sailed to the 5-wicket victory against England in the ongoing T20 World Cup semi-final game.

Chasing 166 for victory, New Zealand failed to get a good start and lost their 2 wickets for just 13 runs. But then they played a sensible cricket and managed to chase down the target with one over spare.

With 20 needed off the final 12 balls, Mitchell smashed Chris Woakes for two sixes and a four before his 47-ball blitz triggered wild celebrations in the New Zealand dugout.

Now, New Zealand will either face Australia or Pakistan in the final game of the T20 World Cup.
