New Delhi : Xiaomi's budget brand Redmi has launched the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has been launched in the Indian market.

Both Redmi Note 9 Pro and Note 9 Pro Max come with a 6.67-inch FHD+ IPS displays in 20:9 aspect ratio. Sadly they are old mundane 60 Hz panels.  Both the smartphones are powered by the recently released Snapdragon 720G.

While the Redmi Note 9 Pro maxes out at 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, the Max variant adds an extra 2 GB of RAM to its top configuration, making for 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Both phones opt for UFS 2.1 storage, too, which is a welcome feature in this segment of the market.

Camera is another department where a difference can be seen in the two devices. While the Redmi Note 9 Pro feature a 48 MP main shooter, the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max sports a 64 MP main sensor. Both of the smartphones have been fitted with a quad-rear camera setups.

The selfie cameras are also different, with the Redmi Note 9 Pro sporting a 16 MP sensor, and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max opting for a 32 MP shooter.

To keep them running the whole day with you, the devices have been powered with 5020 mAh battery; but there will be different charging time. The Redmi Note 9 pro comes with a 18W charging, the Redmi Note 9 Pro bumps things up with 33 W fast-charging.
