Delhi : The tech behemoth Google is apparently developing a new function for Chrome that will let Android users delete the previous 15 minutes' worth of browser history.

According to Android Authority, a new flag was discovered in Chrome for Android that suggested the tech giant is developing a new feature called "rapid deletion."

The overflow menu, which may be found where there are three vertical dots in the upper right corner, is likely to offer access to the new function.

It is currently unknown, according to the article, whether the data being erased would only include browser history or include all activity associated with an account.

A similar function, which allowed customers to immediately wipe the last 15 minutes of browsing history from their mobile applications, was introduced by the corporation in July 2021.

A new method to quickly translate text into images in Chrome was said to be under development by the tech behemoth, according to a story from earlier this week.
