Swedish Deputy Prime Minister picture goes viral on social media

New Delhi : Swedish Deputy Prime Minister and Climate Minister Isabella Lovin has silently taken a swipe over the United States President Donald Trump with a simple post of an image.

The picture shows her signing a proposal for Sweden's new climate law with all her female colleagues standing in the back drop, resembling to the Donald Trump’s viral image on an anti-abortion executive order while surrounded by men.

Lovin posted the picture to Facebook and Twitter on Friday morning, and in very less time people started comparing it with Mr Trump’s picture.

"Wonderful image. I hope you sent it to the man on the other side of the ocean," wrote Kajsa Johansson in one of the most-liked responses to the image on Facebook.

'The local' also quoted Lovin’s response over the comments and comparisons being made.

"We are a feminist government, which shows in this photo. Ultimately it is up to the observer to interpret the photo."

Intentional or not, the image definitely gave social media bugs something good to talk about.
