Delhi : With the release of the redesigned 2024 BMW F 900 GS and F 900 GS Adventure bikes, German motorcycle maker BMW Motorrad is preparing to set the standard a little higher in the adventure-touring motorbike market. Numerous upgrades, including those to the engine, electronics, suspension, and off-road capabilities, have reportedly been announced for both versions. Additionally, a lightweight plastic fuel tank with an updated style and enhanced ergonomics is expected.

Powertrain for the 2024 BMW F 900 GS Range

Core powerplants of the BMW F 900 GS Adventure and the Mercedes-Benz F 900 GS will feature parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engines. The former will be available on the market with a larger displacement size of 895 cc instead of 853 cc. It will produce 93 Nm of peak torque at 6,750 rpm and a maximum output of 103 bhp at 8,500 rpm.

Officials has said that the unit has a more comprehensive torque curve, resulting in quicker acceleration and increased power output.

Features of the 2024 BMW F 900 GS Range Design

Regarding the style, the future F 900 GS series will have a crisp appearance, svelte styling, and a delightful hint of an off-roading road appearance. It will showcase new LED headlights, LED taillights, and graphical side panels.

Additionally, customers will receive a 6.5-inch TFT display, which will enable riders to view all pertinent information on their screen, such as time, gear positions, fuel capacity, speed, and RPM. The side of the F 900 GS will also have a 12 mm holder that allows the user to attach any equipment, including action cameras.

Launch of the 2024 BMW F 900 GS Range

At the beginning of the next year, both models will be released on foreign markets. Indian consumers will have to wait a little longer, though, since the bike won't arrive in India until the middle of next year.

It is anticipated to retail for Rs. 13 lakh (ex-showroom) when it first hits the market.
