Delhi : The larger Splendor, among other things, has a new LED headlamp and a full computerized panel. Just prior to the bike's formal presentation, pictures of the Hero Super Splendor Xtec version from 2023 have appeared online. The new LED headlamp and an LED DRL are the two most obvious changes on the upgraded Super Splendor.

A new completely digital LCD unit that is probably the same as the Hero Splendor Xtec has replaced the very dated-looking three-pod instrument console. It will work with Bluetooth and primarily display information such as SMS and phone notifications, real-time mileage, side-stand engine cut-off, bank angle sensor, and more.

Another improvement is the 125cc engine. With OBD-2 standards set to take effect next month, the updated bike will also be OBD 2 compliant. As a result, the Super Splendor's 10.87PS and 10.6Nm output figures are unlikely to change.

The headlamp cowl and visor have been updated to match the updated lighting. The fuel tank of the new bike also features Xtec branding and graphics. The elegant grey colour scheme, so expect the bike to get a few new colours as well.

It's conceivable that other portions won't change. The revised Super Splendor has an on-road price of Rs 1,04,900, thus we anticipate a price increase of Rs 3,000–4,000 for all variants. For context, the bike's current starting price is Rs 79,118. (ex-showroom Delhi). With these improvements, the larger Splendor should become a more complete product that is better able to compete with rivals like the Honda Shine and Bajaj CT 125X
