Hero XPulse: Launch Date, expected price and all you need to know
New Delhi : Hero MotoCorp will be launching its premium two wheeler vehicle - the XPulse - by December this year. The motorcycle was first unveiled to the world at 2017 EICMA.
The company focuses on launching the XPulse followed by the launch of the Duet 125 and the Maestro Edge 125 scooters.
"We’re focusing on the Xtreme 200R, Duet 125 and Maestro Edge 125 launches. Once we are through this, our focus will shift towards the XPulse launch which we are really excited about", said a Hero MotoCorp official to BikeWale.
Price and Specifications:
Hero MotoCorp is likely to price it aggressively in the market and keep it under Rs 1 Lakh per piece.
The Xpulse is powered by the same 200cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine as the Xtreme 200R, but with revised gearing. This unit produces 18.4bhp and 17.1Nm of torque via a five-speed gearbox. It gets a 14-litre fuel tank capacity with a range of 450km.
The bike has been made with mids of making it an off-roader. In order to take care of the jumps, the XPulse is equipped with 190mm of suspension travel for the front and a 10-step adjustable mono-shock at the rear with 170mm of suspension travel. The ground clearance stands at 200mm.
