Honda launches the all-new SP160 in India, check details
Delhi : The brand-new SP160 has been introduced by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today, with a starting price of Rs. 1,17,500. It is offered in two variations: Single Disc and Dual Disc, with the Dual Disc model costing Rs. 1,21,900 (both prices are ex-showroom Delhi).
Honda SP160 sits above the Unicorn 160 and shares a number of characteristics with it. It has a muscular tank design with bold shrouds, an aerodynamically profiled under cowl, a sharp-looking LED headlight cluster, a newly designed LED tail lamp with an H-shaped signature, etc. It can be thought of as a slightly sportier version of the Unicorn.
The indicators, however, are halogen. It has a stylish muffler with a chrome finish and a rear tire that is 130 mm wide. Performance-wise, the dependable 162 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine from the Unicorn is used. It has a maximum power output of 13.5 horsepower and a maximum torque of 14.6 Nm.
A five-speed transmission is mated to the OBD2-compliant engine. The bike is in direct competition with the Bajaj Pulsar P150, Yamaha FZ, and Suzuki Gixxer 155. Additionally, it has a fully digital console that displays information such as the time, an indicator for when maintenance is necessary, the gear position, a side stand indicator, a gasoline gauge, average fuel mileage, fuel consumption, and average speed.

This sporty motorcycle is an example of cutting-edge engineering and sophisticated innovation that is certain to meet the needs of the consumer.
The Honda SP160 has a single-channel ABS system, petal disc brakes, a 594 mm long seat, 177 mm of ground clearance, a 1,347 mm long wheelbase, rear monoshock suspension, engine stop button, hazard switch, etc. as well as other notable features. It has a normal guarantee of three years, which can be extended to seven more years. There are a total of six color options for the Honda SP160: Pearl Spartan Red, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, and Matte Dark Blue Metallic.
