Delhi : One of Honda Motorbike and Scooter India's (HMSI) motorcycles that was sold through BigWing dealerships in India has been recalled. In India, HMSI has recalled over 2000 2022 Edition Honda CB300R motorcycles. The business will repair the motorcycles for no cost to the owners of the motorcycles. The right crankcase cover of the engine has a manufacturing flaw that needs to be fixed, therefore the recall.

Owing to a manufacturing flaw, heat-induced low retention force could cause the sealing plug to become free. Also, if the sealing plug is removed, engine oil will flow, increasing the risk of a fire. In the end, the rider will suffer harm as a result.

Customers will receive calls, emails, or SMS messages from Honda requesting them to visit the closest BigWing dealership. After a thorough examination, the motorbike will receive free maintenance.

Owners of CB300R (2022 edition) motorcycles can also visit the BigWing website to see if their bike has been recalled or not.

A 286cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with a 6-speed gearbox powers the Honda CB300R 2022 model. The engine produces a peak torque of 27.5 Nm at 6500 rpm and 31 horsepower of power at 9000 rpm.

The motorcycle's suspension consists of a USD Showa suspension up front and a monoshock suspension in the back.

Both the front and the back of the bike's brakes are controlled by disc brakes. The rear brake is 220mm while the front brake is 296mm. The motorcycle from Honda comes with dual-channel ABS as standard equipment.
