Delhi : Honda recently released the SP125 commuter in a Sports Edition trim after updating the motorbike half a year ago to conform with OBD-2 standards. The Honda SP125 is now offered in three models and seven colour choices.

The Sports Edition's Decent Blue Metallic and Heavy Grey Metallic colours are the most recent additions to the colour range. These include stylish logos and color-coordinated rim-tape that give them a little of pzazz. The Drum and Disc versions, on the other hand, come in Black, Matte Axis Grey Metallic, Imperial Red Metallic, Pearl Siren Blue, and Matte Marvel Blue Metallic.

Except for Matte Axis Grey Metallic, every paint choice comes with the same graphics and stylistic accents, such a front fender, headlamp cowl, and grabrails for the passenger. Having said that, the style features include a single-pod headlamp, an aggressive body shape, and vivid colours. Additionally, it has a combined braking system, an engine start/stop switch, a completely digital instrument panel, and an LED headlamp. The console further displays real-time fuel economy, average fuel economy, a distance-to-empty metre, an eco-indicator, and a gear position indication in addition to the regular statistics.

A 123.94cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 10.7bhp at 7,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.9Nm at 6,000 rpm powers the motorbike. The 2023 model will include an onboard diagnostics system, though, which will measure emissions in real time and alert riders to any problems. The TVS Raider 125 and Hero Glamour are Honda SP 125 counterparts available on the Indian market.
