Delhi : Ola Electric, the prominent player in India's electric two-wheeler segment, continues to dominate the market with an impressive 40% market share. According to the latest Vahan data, Ola Electric sold nearly 18,000 units in June 2023, solidifying its position as the market leader.

Successful Sales Performance Amidst Challenges

Anshul Khandelwal, the Chief Marketing Officer of Ola, expressed satisfaction with the company's performance, particularly in a month characterized by slower sales. Ola's effective cost structures, robust supply chain, and in-house manufacturing capabilities have allowed the company to mitigate the impact of subsidy reductions. This, in turn, has enabled Ola to offer highly competitive and accessible pricing for its electric two-wheelers.

Upcoming Portfolio Expansion with the S1 Air

As Ola enters July, the company is eagerly anticipating the launch of its latest addition to the portfolio, the S1 Air. With this new model, Ola aims to make electric vehicles (EVs) even more accessible and convenient for consumers. The company's commitment to affordability and ease of ownership remains unwavering.

Expanding Customer Services with Experience Centers

Ola recently achieved a significant milestone with the opening of its 750th Experience Center (EC). These centers provide customers with a range of services in a single, convenient location. Notably, 90% of Ola's customer base resides within a 20-kilometer radius of an EC. In line with their expansion plans, Ola intends to establish a total of 1,000 ECs by August, further enhancing their customer-centric approach.

Revised Pricing Structure

With the implementation of revised subsidies effective from June, Ola has adjusted the pricing of its electric two-wheelers. The Ola S1 Pro is now priced at INR 1,39,999, while the S1 (3KWh) model is priced at INR 1,29,999. Additionally, the upcoming S1 Air (3KWh) will be available at INR 1,09,999, making it an attractive option for consumers seeking affordable EVs.

Ola Electric's consistent sales performance, commitment to customer satisfaction, and upcoming portfolio expansion demonstrate the company's dedication to leading India's electric two-wheeler market with innovative and accessible solutions.
